Okay, so I know I write a lot about our gaming group. I post RPs about the games frequently (constantly? hah!) and there are plenty of stand-alones too, I think. Or, if I don’t write about them here, I definitely post about them on the Facebook.
And its a great thing.
I’ve always been a bit of a hermit, a bit loner-y… not a big fan of lots of people and really, only open up around those few I am truly comfortable with. Somehow, over the past two and a half years, I’ve gotten comfortable around these guys. Its a good thing.
Of course, now comes the paranoia about what if there are emails going to the group that I am not involved in. Do they secretly hate me? Am I annoying? Should I close up and get back into the corner? Mark says, “No one puts Baby in the corner” ala Swazye in Dirty Dancing, but of course my insecure self-esteem issues… put me back in the corner mentally.
We’ll see how THAT turns out.
But today I keep running over some of the funniest quotes from in and out of character around the table both last night, and previous nights.
And, I want to share!
So in the style of “Out of Context DnD” on Tumblr, here’s a bunch of our quotes ICly and OOCly from around the table… (context provided :P)
