      This week, The Pink List. A list of memories I have about an event with my parents.
      Guess the event!

• The Circus-Circus Clown’s nose blinking erratically.
• My dad posed for a photo with a one-armed showgirl.
• The showgirl was a slot machine.
• I played a “The Simpsons” video game machine for hours.
• Pretty sure I went through $20 bucks in quarters and never got to level 3.
• I lost my Game Boy on the road trip. Probably in Oregon. *shakes fist*
• There was a cute boy in the arcade; his name was Harold.
• When I returned home, I told everyone I had a summer fling with Harold.
• That was a lie.
• My sister won a cool prize in a crane machine and I was super jealous.
• …I don’t recall what the prize actually was though.

…Did you guess? It is: road trip to Reno, Nevada in summer 1990 (I think).
